You weren’t meant to feel like a watered-down version of yourself.
We help high-performing humans get back to who they really are—with care that’s smart, specific, and rooted in possibility.
She’s been where you are. That’s why she does what she does.
Dr. Tina Gottlieb didn’t choose upper cervical chiropractic from a textbook—she chose it because it gave her her life back.
In her 20s, while studying to become a chiropractor, she was dealing with chronic migraines that nearly took her out of school, and out of hope. She had access to the best providers, but nothing was working… until someone introduced her to upper cervical care.
Now, with nearly three decades of experience, she’s helped thousands of patients feel like themselves again—not by guessing, but by combining objective data, real intuition, and a ridiculously customized care plan for every person who walks through her doors.
Discover how chiropractic care helps real people reclaim their health and improve their lives—one adjustment at a time.
It’s grounded, but never boring.
It’s busy, but full of your friends.
It's clinical, but never cold
Step into our office, and you’ll feel it: the energy, the warmth, the “we actually see you” kind of care.
Yes, we’re obsessed with your nervous system. Yes, we’re data-driven and detail-oriented.
But we’re also the office that celebrates your clear scans like a promotion, cheers for your travel wins, and remembers your dog’s name.
People say, “Everyone I know comes here,” and it’s not an exaggeration.
If you sit in the waiting room long enough, you’ll leave with three new friends.
We believe healing happens faster when people feel seen, safe, and celebrated, and that’s what we aim to create here every single day.
Not all chiropractic is the same. And thank goodness for that.
Dr. Tina’s approach is not “adjust everyone, every time.”
She follows a method called the Possibilities Protocol—a multi-phase approach that detects, stabilizes, regulates, and finally transitions you back into the being phase—where your body is optimized, and your care is minimal and maintenance-based.
No generic treatments. No “just keep coming forever.”
Everything is based on data. Everything is based on you.
Dr. Tina Gottlieb, D.C.

I decided to become a chiropractor at 14, after a single adjustment gave me relief. However, the relief always seemed to be temporary. I was still battling migraines into chiropractic college and it wasn’t until a colleague suggested that I tried Upper Cervical Chiropractic that I finally got my life back. Since then, I’ve built my life around helping others experience what I did - the moment when you go from surviving to actually living.
I bike with my family, read fiction and mindset books on my Kindle, was born deaf in my left ear (I promise I’m not ignoring you), and I enjoy eating super clean (even though I hate cooking, so you’ll most likely find me at E.A.T. Marketplace).
I’ve been practicing for nearly three decades, and while I love the science of what I do, I live for the breakthroughs—when someone walks in and says to me, “Guess what I just did?!”
That’s the moment I’m here for. Every time.

“There’s nothing better than hearing, ‘I feel like myself again.’ That’s why I love this work.”

I started as a patient with Dr. Tina, dealing with neck, shoulder, and chest pain, and now I get to support others in their healing journey every single day.
My favorite part of the job? Celebrating the moment someone realizes they’re back. Whether it’s sleeping better, dancing again, or just saying “I feel like me,”
I’m here to cheer them on.
Outside the office, I’m all about beach time, camping, and hanging with my daughters and three younger sisters. I love my Kindle, love this community, and love being part of something that matters.
If you’re walking in feeling overwhelmed, I’ll be the one reminding you that you’re in the right place—and that better days are absolutely possible.
